ORDERING AND PAYMENT
ShadezStore.com is open, 24 hours a day, for you to shop all hours of the day. You pick the items you want to buy, and put it in the “basket”. Before the time of ordering, you are able to edit the content of the basket, and ongoing you can check the content, as well as prices of the items.
Any extra payments for shipping and payment fees e.g., won´t be calculated before you are ready to order.
When purchasing a pre-ordered item at ShadezStore.com, you accept that the payment will be charged (48 hours after purchasing) to ensure the pre-order. This is in some cases do to the order being produced specific on request.
When you are ready to order, you click on “Checkout”, where you type in your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, form of payment and pick delivery from.
You can edit the content of the basket, right up to you confirm your purchase. You do that by clicking “checkout”, thereafter your order will be received by ShadezStore.com.
We accept the following payment options:
Visa, Visa dankort, Visa electron, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, JCB and American express.
RECEIPTS OF ORDER, AND ORDERCONFIRMATION
When you order from us, you will receive a receipt as a confirmation for us receiving the order. However the binding purchase agreement will be when you receive an order confirmation from us.
When we receive your order, it will be packed and sent by one of or cooperates.
We use different delivery companies, as DHL, TNT and FedEx. The prices for direct delivery to your address will be shown after you have entered your address.
It is possible to get delivery worldwide!
Your order will be handled and sent within 1-2 working days. Therefore you can expect a delivery time of 1-3 working days in Europe and 2-5 days in America after you have placed your order. At starting point all orders placed before 4pm on a working day, will be sent same day – however we take precaution for 1 extra day, in busy periods.
14 DAYS WITHDRAWEL PERIOD
When you shop online at ShadezStore.com, you normally have a 14-day withdrawal, where you can inform us, that you want to cancel the purchase, and return the order to us.
Some of the items are not covered by the right of withdraw, in that case it will appear in the payment process.
Withdrawal is from the day you receive your order. If the deadline ends on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution day, Christmas Eve, or New Years Eve, the deadline will be prolonged to the following working day (applies for pre-orders as well). In the case of multiple items, ordered in same purchase, but delivered separately, or an item delivered in lots, the withdrawal period begins from the point you receive your last item or lot.
After receiving, you must handle the goods in a way so that you can determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they work.
Some items do not cover the rights of withdrawal, or in some cases you can lose the right of withdrawal. We will inform you in the order confirmation if the items do not cover the withdrawal, it can be because of the composition of the product, or you can lose the rights of withdrawal by breaking the seal.
To make sure that the withdrawal applies, you need to inform us within 14 days after receiving your order.

* When returning an order, you will need to attach a note, stating your order number and what you wish from your return, e.g., “I wish for a refund” or “I wish for a size Medium instead”.
When returning an order you will have to make sure, that the items are properly rapped, until we get them return. Therefor you must save the mail receipt, as well as the tracking and tracing number.
You can chose to pay the expenses when returning the order at the post office, when you want to cancel a purchase, and want the money return. In that case, we will not charge you any further expedition fees.
We expect that you send your return as fast as possible after having given notice of you regretting the purchase. You have 14 days at latest to return your item.
The items must be in original packaging, has the item been in use, it needs to be clean and in same condition as when received. Is the item not in same condition as when received, can we shadezstore.com follow the law of remote trade and deny a refund the whole amount, but will in cooperation with the customer find a fair refund amount. This only applies, if the item does not have same value as when received, and ShadezStore.com therefor are not able to sell the item as new, and at new price.
Notice! We do not receive parcels sent by demand.
You will need to attach your order number on a note, or fill out the return form. When we receive the return, we check it, and refund you the amount you paid when purchased.
The amount will be refunded at same payment method, as used when ordered.
Did you pay by card, the amount will be refunded on that card, you used.
You can lose your amount, fully or partly. This happens, if the value is impaired, because
• The item has been in use,
• it´s been damaged while you had the responsibility of it,
• you handled the item in else way, than necessary, to keep the items value, nature, properties and the way that they work,
• you have not followed the restrictions in the right of withdrawal resulting in sealing item type, etc.
COMPLAINTS – IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED
You purchase is covered by the law of purchase, hereby the deficiencies. This means that you can get a deficiency, trade, money return or a refusal, depended on the circumstances.
It is required that the complaint is justified, and the damage has not happened as follow of incorrect usage of the product, or any other damaging behavior.
You need to contact us within “a reasonable time”
You need to file your complaint within “reasonable time” after acknowledging the fault in the product. We recommend that you file your complaint as fast as possible, and within 2 months after the complaint has been acknowledged.

The data above will be saved, 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. financial statement act § 10, as well as what products you have bought, where after this will be deleted.

If you have created a Login for self-service, you personal information and personal information won´t be deleted, unless you ask us to.
Information wont be passed on, or sold to 3rd parties, unless this happens in addition to a restructuring or a full or partly sale of the company. Possible disclosure in such case will happen in accordance with the current personal data act.
As a customer you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration regarding data about you, and you may object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this, in the Personal Data Processing Act and inquiry in connection with this being addressed to ShadezStore.com via email as Appear on the website.
If you want to complain about your purchase, you will have to contact Contact@ShadezStore.com with the inquiries. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can file a complaint, to the relevant board of the concern, provided the condition for this are met.

Purchase of products online at ShadezStore.com is a subject to Danish law. The Danish courts will determine any disputes.
